Mid-Atlantic Unified Health Systems, Inc. was formally founded more than two decades ago as a spin-off entity from a network of our various MRI facilities. The principal partners of MAUHS have an aggregate of more than 40 years of experience in the Diagnostic Imaging Health Care industry. MAUHS has been on the forefront of establishing joint venture facilities with hospitals domestically. We have been driven by the desire and dedication of providing Hospitals and Health Systems with the conduit to provide preeminent outpatient services to physicians and patients currently serviced by competing non-hospital affiliated facilities.

Over the past decade, MAUHS has encountered many of the consequences and uncertainties associated with the volatility of the healthcare delivery system and successfully responded with positive results. In fact, MAUHS orchestrated the conversion of many outpatient diagnostic imaging facilities from private ownership to hospital joint ventures, thus providing ownership and governance by the local hospital/health system. It is with great pleasure that we boast the fact that such successful joint ventures have porvided many hospitals with much needed new revenue.
